What currency are your prices in?
Our products can be viewed in either Canadian or U.S. Dollars. To change your currency, please
go to the Currency Box on the Right Side and select your currency.
How do I place an order?
You can shop by browsing, searching for an item, or browsing by manufacturer. Click Add to Cart to purchase an item. You will then be able to specify if you want additional quantities of the item. The items in your shopping cart will then appear on the right side of your screen. When you are finished shopping, click on Checkout. You will then be asked to either Create an Account with us if you are a new customer or, if you are a returning customer, you will be asked to log in. You will then be guided through the Checkout process.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal.
Do you use SSL encryption to protect my information?
Yes, we use SSL encryption when you provide information to us during the Sign up, Sign in, and Checkout processes.
Where are you located?
We are located in Alberta, Canada! We welcome Canadian, U.S., and International
shoppers!
Are there any taxes or duties added to my order?
Since we are located in Canada, we will add GST or HST to orders shipped to Canadian destinations.
Any shipments to International destinations outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your country.
If you are unsure of the amount of duties and taxes that will be imposed, please contact your local customs office.
When will you ship my order?
Our goal is to ship in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as we ship your items, we will send you an email notification.
How long does it take to get my items?
Once we have shipped your items, it will take approximately 3 to 15 business days for your products to reach you depending on your location and Customs if applicable.
I am looking for an item that I cannot find on your web-site. Can you help me?
Yes! Please contact us with any questions. If we can order your item, we will provide you with the price of the item
and the expected arrival date. You can then decide whether you would like us to order the item for you.
I need to purchase large quantities of your items. Do you have special discounts?
