SHIPPING:
Orders with all items that are in stock are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Preordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive. They are shipped along with the rest of your order. Generally, we are
able to ship Preordered or Special Order items within 1-4 weeks depending on stock availability. Prordered items are prepaid at the time you place your order with us. We will keep you
informed about the projected ship date.
Canadian Orders
Our shipping rates for orders sent to Canadian addresses range from $3.00 to $8.00 depending on the size of your order**.
Free shipping for orders over $100**.

We ship Canadian orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel or by Lettermail depending on the size of your order. Your order will take approximately 3-7 days to arrive to Canadian destinations.
US Orders

We ship U.S. orders by Canada Post Small Packet Service, Expedited Parcel, or Letter-Post depending on the size of your order. Your order will take approximately 5 to 15 business days to arrive to U.S. destinations depending on Customs.
International OrdersOur shipping rates for orders sent to International addresses start at $7.99 depending on the size of your order. Please note that orders containing heavy or large items may be charged the actual shipping. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping your items. We ship International orders by Canada Post Airmail Small Packet Service, Airmail Parcel, or Airmail Letter-Post depending on the size of your order. Your order will take approximately 5 to 15 business days to arrive to International destinations depending on Customs.
We are shipping from Canada. Once we have shipped your items, shipments within Canada take approximately
3-7 business days to arrive. Shipments to the U.S. and International destinations take approximately 5-15 business days to arrive depending
on customs.
Any shipments to International destinations may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your country.
If you are unsure of the amount of duties and taxes that will be imposed, please contact your local customs office.
RETURNS:
Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Please return any unused items in the original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept returns of magazines, books, idea books, computer software, paper, stickers, pens, stickers, and adhesives.
To return items to us, please do the following:
- Include a note explaining the reason for your return.
- Include a copy of the Invoice with the returned items.
- Send the items to us.
We recommend that you send the item to us with insurance and delivery confirmation.
